The Pennsylvania Railroad's class CC1s consisted as a single experimental 0-8-8-0 steam locomotive built by Baldwin in 1912. It was assigned road number #3397. A subsequent class, the CC2s', followed after the tests with this locomotive. Later this locomotive was scrapped.
